As Senior Product Manager, I owned the strategy, development, and lifecycle of Ministry of Sound’s digital products - leading initiatives that connected fans to music, events, and culture across web, mobile, and ticketing platforms.

Owning the End-to-End Digital Product Portfolio
I led product strategy and delivery across all new and existing digital products, balancing commercial priorities with customer experience. This included roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, delivery oversight, and long-term optimisation across multiple business units.

Delivering High-Impact Website Launches
Over five years, I managed the launch of 7+ successful website projects, collaborating with internal teams and external development partners. Each release improved the digital brand experience while supporting key revenue streams including ticketing, content, and partnerships.

Ticketing Strategy & Partnership Growth
I led negotiation and implementation of a new ticketing partnership with SEE Tickets, resulting in over 300,000 tickets sold annually and a 10% increase versus the previous ticketing provider. I owned the integration strategy and ensured the customer journey remained seamless from discovery to purchase.

Award-Winning Website Experience
While leading website development, I helped deliver digital experiences that won 2 Lovie Awards for Best Music Website. These wins reflected a strong focus on design excellence, usability, and brand storytelling — while still delivering against commercial goals.
