Ticketmaster is part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company spanning concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, e-commerce, and artist management.
As a Product Manager, I helped build Ticketmaster’s next-generation online customer experience - a global web storefront serving 27 markets and millions of fans worldwide. This product sat at the heart of the business, driving the majority of traffic and revenue, meaning even small improvements had measurable bottom-line impact.

Building a Next-Generation Global Storefront
I owned product initiatives focused on modernising Ticketmaster’s web experience at global scale. Working across 27 markets meant balancing consistency with localisation, ensuring the storefront remained performant, reliable, and optimised for fan experience regardless of region.

Product Vision, Roadmaps & Rollout Strategy
I established product vision and aligned it to clear business goals, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps. I also defined global rollout plans that coordinated sequencing across markets while reducing risk and ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.

Conversion Optimisation & Performance Insights
I analysed and reported on event page performance, identifying opportunities to increase conversion and reduce drop-off. Using behavioural insights and experimentation, I shaped strategies that improved the customer journey while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership From Discovery to Delivery
I worked closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders across the full product lifecycle — from early discovery and product initiation through delivery, iteration, and long-term optimisation. I ensured teams stayed aligned on priorities, scope, and outcomes.

I partnered with Development Managers, Scrum Masters, UX/UI, Engineering, and other Product Managers to deliver customer-facing features. I’m comfortable bridging technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and high-quality execution.

Solving Complex Problems With APIs & Modern Web Tech
I creatively solved challenging business and technical problems by leveraging APIs and scalable platform capabilities. This work required strong technical fluency and an ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences for fans.

Experimentation, Analytics & Product Tooling
I used tools including Google Analytics, Monetate, and JIRA to support prioritisation, measurement, and delivery. I also ran A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses, iterate quickly, and continuously improve the storefront experience based on data.
